Inside: fully cross-linked epoxy,thickness min.120μm Outside: reddish brown base coat,thickness min.80μm Coating En877 Cast Iron Pipe  and fittings are factory coated with a two pack gloss paint finish, suitable for internal and external installations. All the pipes also have a yellow ochre two pack epoxy internal coating. Internal coatings Our coatings have been successfully tested for resistance to attack by salt spray, waste water, hot water cycling and solutions of acid at PH2 and alkalis at PH12 and conform to BS EN 877 1999.
