Working Principle of SCWN-Q Series Airflow Pulverizer System Composition: The airflow pulverizing system consists of an air compressor, air storage tank, refrigerated dryer (including a filter), an airflow pulverizing main unit, a high-precision classifier, a cyclone collector, a pulse bag filter, a high-pressure induced fan, a control cabinet, and a loading/unloading system. Working Principle: Compressed air, after being cooled, filtered, and dried, is ejected into the pulverizing chamber through nozzles to form supersonic airflow, fluidizing the material. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of several nozzle jets, where intense collisions, frictions, and shear forces occur, achieving ultrafine pulverization of the particles. The pulverized material is then transported by the ascending airflow to the impeller classification zone.
