CK84100 High Performance CNC Roll Lathe

CK84100 high performance CNC roll lathes are mainly used for semi-finishing and finishing turning of cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metal rolls. Using tools made of high-speed steel, carbide or other materials, they can turn and repair the outer circle, end face and various complex hole profiles and curved surfaces of the rolls. They can also be used to process shaft parts made of cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metals with the same size and weight range as the rolls. They can perform semi-finishing and finishing turning of the outer circle, end face and various complex curved surfaces.   Overall layout and composition of the machine: This CNC auto roll lathe adopts the layout of HT300 castings and horizontal lathes.
