Disc Drum Vacuum Filter

The Disc Drum Vacuum Filter is a highly efficient solid-liquid separation device widely used in mining and mineral processing for dewatering tailings and concentrates. This equipment utilizes vacuum pressure to draw water through filter media, effectively separating solid particles from the slurry. The filter consists of a rotating drum with multiple disc-shaped sectors, each forming an independent vacuum cell. As the drum rotates through the slurry, vacuum pressure causes the formation of a filter cake on the disc surfaces.
