Rotating disc aerator YZP-1400

Overview   The YZP-1400 oxidation ditch rotary disc aerator is a new type of aerator produced by our company. The core component of this product, a butterfly shaped aerator plate, is made of fiberglass by one-time die casting. The entire unit has a simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, low energy consumption, high oxygenation efficiency, long service life, and convenient operation and management. It can be applied to various projects that use the Ober oxidation ditch process in water treatment.     Working principle and structure   The equipment mainly consists of a disc-shaped aeration plate, a transmission spindle, a waterproof wall, and a driving mechanism. The disc-shaped aeration plate is composed of two semi-circular components. The disc-shaped aeration plate rotates under the action of the driving mechanism, thereby lifting the water and fully contacting the air.
